NOTE: After I posted this listing last month, I found another football button, so now there are THREE of these gems! These were in my mother's collection and I don't know the origin or age, but I love the unique addition of laces! I don't believe they are handmade, but the buttons aren't marked. The buttons are about 1 3/4-inches in length, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch in height. The laces look like string coated in a plastic or rubber coating. They are fragile, so the buttons are not suitable for use on a coat/jacket. Condition and Details: The wooden buttons are in good condition. The laces have smudges. The laces are somewhat fragile and dry. Some of the lace coating has come off. The shanks are solid. Please look closely at the photos. Stored in a non-smoking environment.
