Antique Vintage Set 2 Pair Light Yellow 6-sided Log Cloak Buttons Rare! Believe these are celluloid or bovine bone- did not seem to pass the bakelite test for me. I was unable to find any like them on the internet. Measure 1-1/4" long each side-however approx. 1-1/2" long measured on the diagonal (if that's clear),. Creamy yellow color. They are solid and have some weight to them. Very nice buttons - they have 2 self holes in each one. They have 6 sides and are fastened together with thick old silk wrapped (soiled) string or? may have been elastic at one time, but no stretch now. Looked at up close they look like they were "sliced" on ends. All are in very good condition - one does have tiny end chips when looked at with a loupe.
