Unused, on original card Card has the old La Mode symbol with Trade Mark written below Superior Quality also written on the card It appears that there were once 6 buttons on the card but now there are 4. These are a fine example of the Galalith trend when jewelry was made in an Art Deco style and combined with polished chrome findings.
