Please look closely at these rare finds! -wood, leather, glass, metals, and plastic Thank you Note: Please forgive the changes I've made. I found another box of buttons while this offer was listed and included them with this lot. Most of these buttons belonged to my great grandmother and her sister, both born before 1900. Buttons were used as currency for certain idems in depression era Pittsbugh, PA. My grandmother told us how she and a friend swould snip buttons (mostly off undergarmets) to go to the movies, or buy candy.
