Antique Button Rare China Whistle with Delicate Flowers The idea of "whistle buttons" was that the unsightly thread would be hidden within the button. Brilliant idea….but apparently did not stick. More labor to make, more labor to sew on too. @5/8". Pre 1918. Great condition. Reverse was made with that little extra bit of china attached. I had two of these.
