Function properly. OEM. no box, no package. Metal/ Brass Terminals color may look darker because normally storage exposed to air since manufactured. Thin oxide may be appeared on surface. Item will be used multi-meter to confirm electrical connectivity before shipped.Sometime, the terminal(s) may use sand paper to clean before it shipped to make sure connectivity upon installation as courtesy. Some Customer confused that item is not new, terminals may have been corroded if sanded ( Please see the last 2 photos). Item will be shipped in paper envelope and recycled material to pack and ship.
